My dog hates this podcast!

I start most days with a 5k walk with my dog. More recently I have started 'killing two birds with one stone' by listened to a podcast at the same time as getting my steps in. Once I started to listen to the Anxious Achiever my walk has never been the same. It is so full of fabulous advice I keep stopping to make notes in my phone, my dog is not happy! I have really found the content inspiring and Morra is a great and thoughful interviewer, I'd really recommend this to anyone who wants to learn and develop life and work management skills.
