"Avert ya eyes ya perv" because today we take a trip down memory lane with a film that sparked our humor as teenagers. When Dante and Randalls workplace burns down they must start working at a horrible fast food restaurant while planning for a going away trip for Dante. A film that may not have all of the humor still hold up in todays standards still shines with a lot of it and classic cameos of Jay and silent Bob help a lot with it. It may not be the perfect film but its one that has always stuck with us over the years, and for that, "we're taking it back".

Films have come and gone, and as we get older our taste in movies may change, but there are those few that have stuck with us since we were kids. today we turn back the clock and look at those films that may have helped shape what we love today. Life truly does find a way when it comes to giant dinosaurs eating your colleagues in front of you. When Alan and Ellie are invited to a theme park based around dinosaurs, isn't it obvious that everything will go wrong? A film that is so near and dear to our childhood with nostalgia bursting out of every direction. Still holding up today with its special effects, characters, and soundtrack that absolutely fills a love for creatures of the past for Zach. We're not sure how this film has stayed so relevant to today's standards but we tip our hats to it because she is a "clever girl".

In perhaps one of our most fun episode topics to date we pit our wits against each other to see who can guess the film better. Taking the format of 20 questions, we go head to head trying to guess what the other is thinking with multiple laughs and hoping its Arnold Schwarzenegger. Its time to nut up or shut up and look for some twinkies out in the world filled with zombies. When a young man Columbus is caught in the zombie apocalypse, he makes some unlikely allies in a gun wielding cowboy and two con artist sisters. A fun film that takes a lighter more comedy side to most peoples darkest futures while still maintaining blood and gore for those wishing to last as long as they can in the land of the dead. Its time to watch a fun one so "hop in the car Evil Knieval, lets go ride the roller coaster".

An episode we had so much fun with years ago that we decided to do it one more time. The idea of hiring actors, set designers, sound designers and more seems like a tasking ordeal but we play a little fantasy and take a seat at the old directors chair. Are you doing your part to save the world from giant space bugs? Well thats the plot of this film as Rico joins the infantry to impress a girl, gets dumped and then realizes how horrifying the arachnoid army really is. A film that borders on the "so bad its good" but is incredibly fun, using decent special effects and an incredible amount of blood while making a joke about military propaganda from older times using news creates a fun time. "Now come on you apes, you wanna live forever?" and watch this film?

Tropes are one of those things in films that you may roll your eyes to when you see them, The love triangle, the body swap, or the classic time travel. Within these though, there are some damn good ones that aren't used enough and today we discuss them.
