Today’s episode is about how to cope with sudden upheavals in life. Abrupt life changes be very jarring and can potentially leave you feeling vulnerable, disoriented, isolated, anxious, and depressed. Today I want to encourage anyone going through a difficult transition with 5 actionable tips to support you. 

This episode of The Pomp and Unpopular Podcast is a formal reintroduction. I will provide a little context on the purpose of this podcast. I realize I may have never explicitly given my “mission statement”. This is in part because I dislike disclaimers and trigger warnings, but I do believe introductions warrant an episode, so here goes! :-)

A frustrated rant about root issues that leave us in these situations that make the public feel powerless. All the power to all the people!- but that means we need to take a good look at what we allow to influence and divide us. At the root of this, we can find common ground. It may be an ugly process but, it seems that we gotta disintegrate to integrate, which means looking at the nitty-gritty; at some point, we have to assess the ways in which we are complicit in our oppression and suffering.
