    As a fellow mum, I’m here to cheer you on every step of the way—whether you're balancing nappies and deadlines or juggling school runs with client calls, or starting out your own online business! Being a mom means wearing 'all' the hats—household manager, chauffeur, accountant, and so much more. But let me tell you, if you’re a mum, you’ve got this. You’re stronger, more resilient, and capable of handling it all.

    On this podcast, we’ll dive into everything from mindset, health, and staying aligned with your true self, to finding the balance between business and family life. I’ll share personal updates from my own journey—everything from kid chaos to business wins and travel adventures—because I know that the things I’m navigating, you probably are too.

    A little about me: I’m an ex-group fitness studio owner who made the leap into entrepreneurship after becoming a mum in 2021. I quickly realised how demanding motherhood can be, but I also discovered a way to build a business that allows me to put my family first while still pursuing my dreams. Now, I run two online businesses, one is an online health business that’s grown to the top 2% of the company, and the other is a coaching business to mentor mums and women alike into their full potential. It’s given me the freedom to work in a way that aligns with my values.

    Through this podcast, I want to empower you to chase your dreams, make things work for you, and not let anything—especially motherhood—stand in your way.

    In this episode we deep dive into common signs of stress; physical, emotional, behavioural and ways you can identify these stress triggers, ways you can manage them and work through them.

    I also touched on an example with my huge burn out on 2018 and how all these signs were screaming at me to slow down, but I honestly thought I was just 'tired' because my work day started at 4am!
