Calming and life changing

I struggle with anxiety and panic attacks - no therapy has helped so far. Now that I’m listening to the podcast - especially the meditations - once or twice a day I have tools to ground myself and calm my nervous system. I feel stronger and more optimistic about my life thanks to Paul’s message that I’m the creator of my future. Can’t believe I’m getting all this value for free in the podcast. Thank you Paul for all that you do!

So grateful!

I am so glad I’ve found these meditations. After struggling for the last few years with physical anxiety symptoms, this has become part of my ‘coping kit’. I’ve never thought of myself as an anxious person so it knocked me sideways when I started getting physical symptoms. Thank you Paul for helping me get some grounding and peace 🙏

He’s the best

Listening to Paul totally alleviates anxiety, it’s the only one that helps me. It feels familiar , comforting and right
