*We had some technical difficulties in the beginning, but it's worth it!

Non Negotiables are those things you’d do if you only had time in the day to do 3 things. The things that need to happen in order for the following day to run smoothly. These things can change with the seasons and transition can be tricky - don’t sweat it if there’s a learning curve, a practice period before it becomes second nature, automated.

Action Task: Define your non-negotiables, your bare minimum of what you need to expect from yourself each day and have a simple method of rewarding your behavior.

Here’s how the cycle works: think - feel - do - be - think… your thoughts communicate to you with emotions, your emotions influence your actions which become the habits that make up your character, how you ‘be’, which then influences your thoughts. Stress hides in all corners of this cycle, but joy can still shine through if we let it.

It’s our job here today to disrupt this cycle and the tools you need are already inside the Free resource Library that you’ve all got access to here inside the Bloom Room.

The bottom line here is that you cannot be the wife and mother, the level headed, confident and radiant woman that you are meant to be, if you’re living in a state of constant stress.

Action Task: determine where you get off centered and get started on the inner work and habit building exercises that you feel will have the greatest impact on your daily life without overextending your energy. Post your take away from today in the group thread.
