  • Adam Miller of Bakeology and What's Adam Baking?
    Apr 16 2024

Lots of you will recognise Adam Miller from the final of the Great Australian Bake Off last year, where he narrowly missed out on taking home the fancy cake stand to his good mate Laura Foo. During his time in that most fabulous of baking tents, Adam turned out literal show stoppers like his Margarita Cake and his take on the classic from every good childhood - the Chocolate Bavarian Tart. But it is since the show wrapped that he's making his mark in the baking world with his What's Adam Baking insta feed and his baking podcast, Bakeology. As you know, I love listening to people chat about their baking, so it was an instant favourite. And who better to spill the behind-the-scenes Bake Off goss, than a finalist? So I thought I'd get him on. This is a fun chat, with lots of LOLs between two baking nerds - the best kind!

Find Adam's baking @whatsadambaking and the Bakeology pod @bakeology.podcast - because you can never have too many baking pods!

    Thanks, as always, for listening.

  • Jenna and Ashley of Jenna Rae Cakes
    Mar 20 2024

Canadian baking superstars Jenna and Ashley of Jenna Rae Cakes recently visited Australia to teach some workshops, bringing their signature fun flavours and decorating style to Cakers Warehouse. I caught up with them while they were in Sydney to chat about their business, their career "pinch me" moments, their second cookbook and how they planned to spend their second week holidaying in Oz.

  • Thida Bevington
    Feb 29 2024

UK home baker, Thida Bevington, says she is drawn to beauty, but on most days, it is she who provides small moments of beauty for her devoted Instagram followers through her baking, her ocean swims and her walks through the English countryside.
In episode 22 of @littlepuddingpodcast, Thida chats about practising to perfect her piping skills (and strengthen her arms), how she came to live in (and love) Norfolk, why her tessellated rhubarb tart is special to her, and the cake tool hiding in every kid's pencil case.
