Chuck and Brianna learned more recently that there is a difference between surrogates and gestational carriers, so even though they refer to the journey as a surrogacy journey, they are actually going to be gestational surrogates.

Her research focuses on sexuality, gender, and intimate relationships. She is a professor of Psychology and Gender Studies at the University of Utah. She is best known for her book Sexual Fluidity: Understanding Women's Love and Desire, which was published in 2008.
