How to have a goal-setting successfully?
-You have to find a business that works for you. Start looking for the one that has a superstar leader in it. Lock-in & follow and take as many opportunities of that environment as you can
-If you analyze your goals, how they change, and how they improve and evaluate your true intentions, it will create a sort of like a game of leveling up.
Allow yourself to make mistakes.
People make mistakes, and it's only natural to have a negative mindset about it, but beating yourself up is not the answer. You have to forgive yourself and accept that it's part of the progress.
