  • 287: Pouring from a Full Cup: A Guide to Self-Love & Joy
    Feb 3 2025

I’m so excited you’re here as we step into a brand-new month. And with February now unfolding, I thought—what better way to kick things off than by sharing my personal theme for the year?

If you know me, you know I like to think of each year as a book—12 chapters, 365 pages, and each month bringing a new focus. My 2025 book is called Elevate, and this second chapter? It’s all about self-love.

Now, self-love has been my theme for February for years. It started with the obvious connection—Valentine’s Day. But over time, I realized something deeper: to show up fully for the people I love, I have to start by showing up for myself. You can’t pour from an empty cup—we’ve all heard that, but how often do we truly live it?

So in today’s episode, I want to dive into what I’ve learned about self-love over the years, the intentions I’m setting for this month, and, most importantly, how we can all fall back in love—with life, with ourselves, and with the possibilities ahead.

  • 286: Mastering Consistency—How to Start and Stay the Course
    Jan 27 2025

Today, we’re diving into one of the most common challenges I hear from listeners: How to be consistent.

Consistency is the secret sauce behind achieving goals, whether it’s staying committed to a workout routine, excelling in your studies, or making progress in your personal or professional life. But let’s face it—staying consistent is hard. Life gets busy, distractions pop up, and before we know it, our well-intentioned plans fall by the wayside.

As Tony Robbins wisely said: “It’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives. It’s what we do consistently.”

In today’s episode, we’ll explore what it means to be consistent, why it matters, what gets in the way, and—most importantly—10 practical tips to help you start and stay consistent in any area of your life. Let’s jump in!
