In this episode, the ladies welcome the inspirational Natalia Mendez, Founder of Women on Wheels. WOW is a peer group for women with SCI (spinal cord injury) based in NYC. Natalia sits as a board member for NYC Spinal of the United Spinal Association. She suffered a spinal cord injury and turned her tragedy into triumph. The ladies learn about the great work Natalia does with Women on Wheels. Frankie explains how she met Natalia and how Natalia taught her to use certain parts of her tongue to taste food. Natalia also discussed sex with a disability and her first time exploring herself post injury.
