  • In this episode, I am joined by  Zambu SAKALA and Andrew NGOMA from the HEAL PODCAST.  The HEAL Podcast is a platform that aims to raise awareness of mental health. by having honest conversations one at a time. 

    Here at Emotional and Mental Justice by Yuna, we continue to tackle suicide. Suicide to me is not necessarily the act itself. it is about all the things that can lead up to it such as anxiety, depression, childhood trauma and all aspects of mental health. I am here to ensure we all have an opportunity to start living a life we can love. As a qualified therapist The HEAL asked me if they could obtain questions aimed fat a therapist from members of the public that consist of their followers, and of course I obliged.
