Ok…so…

Wow… I only got through episode one by forcing myself. The speaker rambles through with very little structure and never reaches the content promised.

After 20 years in HR I was open to learning and growing my department’s approach and strategy, but there was no substance to this podcast.

Very off putting when the person doing the talk seems to begin every other line with, “ok…so…” This podcast gives HR a bad name!
