  • 1. Use Your Heart

    This episode is all about "The Love". Granola love. I simply love making this Granola. It really makes me happy to throw all the ingredients in a bowl and create this treat for myself. As I was making it this time, I started thinking about how often I did things that didn’t bring me happiness or joy. All the times when I wasn’t using my heart. What does it feel like for you, when you are, and when you are not using your heart?

    Great Granola

    2 cups rolled oats

    ¼ sunflower seeds

    3tbsp pecans (or any nut you like)

    1Tbsp ground flaxseed, optional (but I use it)

    ½ cup water

    ¾ peanut butter

    ¼ chocolate chips or peanut butter chips (I do both)

    ½ cup honey

    1 cup dried fruit (I use cranberry or dried cherries)

    2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

    These are things I like, but throw in whatever you prefer.

    1 1/4 cup of any Mix-ins you like…. I measure them out in 1/4 cups

    Flatten in a square dish or rubber granola molds and let chill in the fridge for 2 hours, then cut into squares.
