Another brilliant episode

Forgiveness is a deeply personal subject for many people, and Stuart handled this topic excellently and sensitively. Backed by extensive research of psychological works this episode focused on forgiveness as a means of enhancing our mental health an overall well-being, while allowing us to distance ourselves from toxicity and protecting our inner peace. Thank you for another excellently written and beautifully performed episode!
