This podcast makes the world better

This podcast is a safe space full of kindness, acceptance and encouragement. In every episode Stuart inspires us and motivates us to become a better version of ourselves and to improve our mental and physical health and overall well-being. By sharing his personal experiences and being open about his struggles he raises awareness about issues related to mental health and challenges of the fitness industry, which effectively helps people who face similar problems. Each topic is well researched and presented in an entertaining way, the episodes are soothing and pleasant to listen to while challenging and motivating the listener at the same time. Many episodes feature interviews with people of various backgrounds who share their own unique perspectives and insights on life, work and self-development. Also reviews of works of other authors and motivational speakers are presented which gives us inspiration for further reading and individual work.
Stuart’s podcast is a ray of sunshine that warms our hearts, and shows us that we can make the world a better place for everyone by treating each other with empathy, kindness and acceptance.
