    Listen along and make your own homemade Pizza!


    Equipment:

    • Deep baking tray
    • Measuring jug
    • Large mixing bowl (big enough for 500g of flour)
    • Flat, clean surface for dough preparation
    • Oven (capable of reaching 220°C)
    • Flat tray for baking the pizza
    • Spoon (tablespoon or slightly larger)


    Ingredients:

    • 500g strong flour (plus extra for rolling surface)
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 7g sachet of dry yeast
    • 325ml warm water
    • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
    • Damp tea towel
    • 150g passata
    • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
    • 100g mozzarella
    • Basil leaves
    • Olive oil
