In today’s episode, Stacia is joined by Shermeena Rabbi. Shermeena is the Director of Unlocking Language, a company that provides independent speech and language therapy services to adults, children, and adolescents, helping them physically and socially unlock language so they can find, develop and recover their voice. Shermeena has written papers and presented at conferences focusing on developing the social and functional skills of young people with social-communication disorders. She speaks three languages and has established her voice as a compassionate expert.

In today’s episode, Stacia is joined by Lorraine Thomas, Founder of A View From My Window. Lorraine learnt how to step outside of her comfort zone, challenge herself with possibility to change her future. She took a leap from business development for the legal sector, to property development for herself.  This is more than mortar and now this maven has not only found her voice but extended that to creating opportunities for young adults and vulnerable people who need a step up.
