International Women's Day, is March 8, aims to focus global attention on the state of women. Its goal is to make the world more diverse, equitable and inclusive for those identifying as WOMEN

This year the call to action is #BanTheBias.

I asked 3 amazing women from my network to join me in discussing where they felt bias shows up in their industry?  Have things improved from the time they started, gotten worse, stayed locked in place?

Lovelda is an international event MC, moderator and host who’s passionate about transforming events into memorable experiences and getting more women on stages!  She supports female speakers and business owners to boost their sales & hone their strategy by coaching them on all aspects of the 'business' of speaking. Co-founder of the Female Speakers Conference and Awards she also runs a flourishing Club House room on Tuesday mornings and Saturday afternoons!

Aarti Parmer
