    In this episode of the Fairway Performance Podcast I interview Dr Andy Galpin. He is the director for the Center for Sports Performance at Cal State Fullerton and full time professor. He has a Bsc in Exercise Science, Msc in Human Movement Science and PhD in Human Bioenergetics.

    Andy not only knows his stuff but is also a Strength and Conditioning coach to world class athletes in many sports including the NBA, MLB, PGA & LIV golfers and UFC/combat sport athletes. He also works with TPI and contributes to their Power training modules which we discuss a little in this episode.
