Welcome to Reflections where I explore ideas , topics and themes ,that emerge through my work and the lovely conversations I have with people on my campervan trips I was inspired to share some of my thoughts about mental health and wellbeing . One of the key issues that impact our mental health is relationships, the struggles, conflict and disharmony , or an even more disturbing aspect of toxic traits and psychopathology that emerges in relationships .

All of us go through periods in our life of stress overwhelm change and transition and sometimes we can get really caught up without realising some of the key things that will help us cope better and re find stability.
