    At the end of 1975 country music agent Buddy Lee and concert promoter Danny Davis teamed up to form a new wrestling promotion that will try to take over the Tennessee Territories. They soon are joined by former 6 time NWA World Champion Lou Thesz. They launched the promotion in early 1976 and shortly after they started they realized they were in trouble. How long does this promotion last? Who all is involved? What cities and towns did they promote? How did the NWA battle them? Just how desperate did they become?
