Episode 13 - The Old You Vs The New You: Completely Letting Go of Of The Past Version Of Yourself.

  • Summary

  • In this episode, I discussed why it is important to let go of the past version of yourself and focus on the new and improve version of yourself. Not focusing on the things that happened in the past that have messed up, and destroyed your life. You focusing on the present and the future. And even though you’re going through what you’re going through right now, it doesn’t mean that you have to stay in a negative situation, deal with the same negative people, or remain in the same negative state that you’ve been in for all of these years. When people walk out of your life, let the emotions for that person walk out with them. Because as longBecause as long as you hold onto those emotions that you feel for the people who wronged you, you’re never gonna be able to move forward and get the new things in a better things with the new people that you’re gonna meet because you’re still holding onto the past. You can’t be a better person if you’re still the same person that you were along time ago. so it’s OK to let go of what was, and the people from your past in order to move forward. It’s OK to let go of the old version of yourself in order to embrace the new version of yourself. You can have a fresh start, a new beginning is if you completely letting go of the past the same way that lot did when it came to leaving Sodom and Gomorrah, and never looking back. And what happened when his wife looked back and turned into a pillar of salt.
