Lara and Josh discussed Lara's recent vacation to a Caribbean island and the potential for a training camp there, as well as the upcoming deadline to bid on hosting the regional championships in 2025. They also expressed their concerns about the current scoring system for team-based lifting competitions, with Josh proposing changes to make it fairer. Lastly, they talked about the upcoming voting process for the top 5 karaoke song tournament and the potential for an interview with Wade Johnson from the Equipped Nationals in a future podcast episode.
