    In the past, I used to struggle with falling asleep. My mind was constantly racing with thoughts that kept me busy—emotions I couldn’t let go of or to-do lists I needed to tackle the next day. Tossing and turning, my mind felt like complete chaos. Time would slip away, and the stress would build as I realized how few hours I had left to rest before I needed to wake up for work.

    About a year ago, I decided to change this situation. During that time, I developed a night routine that helped me clear my mind and fall asleep within minutes. This routine also significantly improved the quality of my sleep with the help of a simple tool.

    Today, I’ll share how I did it and what I focus on in 5 easy steps that anyone can try at home. Find out what works best for you or adapt the steps to suit your needs. We’re all different, and what works for me may not be as effective for you. Let your creativity guide you as you explore.
