  • Who Is Worth My Energy?
    Aug 27 2024

How can I deal with different types of people?

How do I let go of people who aren’t good for me?

How can I attract clear, positive energy?

Through solo travel, I’ve come into contact with many different people, which has made me increasingly aware of how important it is to consciously decide who I give my energy and time to—and who I don’t. Our time is limited, and I believe it’s worth reflecting on this and taking action.

Thank you for listening and for your support! I hope you enjoy today’s episode.

  • Max: "I was in the top 15 in the world“
    Aug 13 2024

How can you find your true dream?

What can you do when life gets in the way?

How can you help yourself through difficult times?

Today, let’s welcome Maxime Delpech. Max is 22 years old and a former racer. He started his career as a virtual racer at the age of 7, with the goal of one day sitting in a real race car. Through discipline, passion, and hard work, he fought his way up to become one of the top 15 simulator drivers in the world. When COVID hit in 2020, it marked the beginning of Max's big career. The pandemic allowed Max to participate in a virtual race with Esteban Ocon. In 2020, he had the opportunity to drive a real race car. With the mental support of his coach, he set 10 world records and participated in the 24h of Le Mans virtual, the biggest simracing race.

After that, Max’s career came to an end. He continued his education and participated in a school exchange program. How his life looked after racing, the pressure he had to deal with during that time, and how he’s doing today – all of this will be discussed in today’s episode. I want to thank Max sincerely, and thank you for listening!
