    These are not about race plans or distances. Instead, they are about how to improve you  how to fall in love with running and use it as a tool to help you navigate the highs and lows in life. Running can help you access joy more quickly. It can help you get unstuck, move forward and find your adventure.

In this episode, I talk about my experiences in personal growth, with a specific focus on finances.  As I share my own journey of dealing with financial challenges, I'll reveal how I harnessed the power of frustration to realign with my values and goals. By releasing negative emotions and giving voice to my inner turmoil, I was able to shape my decisions, bringing me closer to my goals. 

    In this Audio Guided Run, we explore how feeling restricted in choice often fuels this strong and strange emotion and how acknowledging and expressing this feeling can be cathartic. We'll also discuss the importance of self-love and kindness in managing frustration. So, here's to the slow runners, the fighters, the ones who, despite the odds, say 'yes' to movement and self-care.

    Healing is a process, often a painful one, and it's okay to feel angry or frustrated on the road to recovery. I understand your struggles, your challenges, and this conversation is a testament to that understanding.
