• 55: Sex vs. Sleep - Are We Trading Our Relationships for Healthy Sleep Habits?

    I read a statistic recently that blew my mind: “the frequency of sex among moms with partners has also declined since last year, with 54% of moms reporting that they are having less sex than they were a year ago… 60% are having sex twice a month or less.” Not only are we trading physical intimacy with our partners for sleep, I also read, “Moms are finding other ways to prioritize self-care, with 51% reporting they prioritize sleep over socializing with friends and family.” If we’re honest, the issue here is NOT sleep, it is exhaustion.
