    All or nothing thinking is the bane of long term progress, its a cycle of perfection and exhaustion that sees you going 2 steps forward then 3 steps backwards


    And worse than the lack of progress is the exhaustion!


    We pride ourselves on our results here, but we also pride ourselves on the fact that people KEEP their results


    Once we have someone get their initial results, they trust we know what we're talking about and we then work on their mindset, and this is the blue print for that
