Her approach combines somatic techniques and Yoga Nidra to address the root causes of dependency and empower her clients to find lasting resilience. She also leads Sober Souls Rising, a Facebook community, where people on similar journeys can connect, find support, and begin to explore a life of clarity, joy, and connection.
