    In the second hour, we hear from Argyle Jewelers’ John Jurgs about a robbery that occurred in the early hours of Friday morning at Carindale.

    The South East Queensland UHF Emergency Service Team (or SEQUEST as it is also known) is a volunteer radio group that provides crucial community updates before, during and after significant weather events in South East Queensland. Having seen the ebb and flow of floodwaters over the years, SEQUEST founder Shane Barnes joins Olympia to share some of his insights and predictions.

    Elsewhere, Living The Tradition is a music concert experience that includes a screening of a documentary about Irish musical heritage. The event is set to take place in Broadbeach next week, and will feature accomplished musicians Ilse De Ziah and Ian Date. Ian joins Olympia to talk more about the concert and his musical work.
