  • This is not a standard Ladybits and Leadership podcast, but as a Hawaiian woman, living on the neighboring island to Maui, I felt the need to express myself and my love for Hawaii during this time of great, unprecedented tragedy.

    This is not the most eloquent episode-there is a lot of crying, there are a lot of pauses. I am not as put together as usual. But because for many of us, yourself included, it is hard to find the words. It is hard to know where to begin. I wanted to share this episode so those who are struggling to know what they can do to support Maui and to make sense of this atrocity will find a couple ways to support Maui both tangibly and energetically.
