Austin and I have a candid conversation about how growing up religious has effected us today and how some of our views have shifted. Austin has undergraduate degrees in history and philosophy and is a current masters student getting his MS in philosophy with a focus on theology. Some of the larger topics we discussed include:

    - The historical accuracy of Noah's Ark (I am just as shocked as you that this topic came up)

    - the spiritual wellness dimension and what it means to practice within that  

    - how Catholicism and Christianity are being practiced today and some of the harmful sectors within those beliefs
