Stuck in safe mode? Why I dared to ditch my comfort zone (a personal look)

From my first memory of stepping outside my comfort zone as a child, to deciding to embark on a health & fitness journey, to leaving a long term ‘safe’ relationship, to going solo travelling, to quitting my corporate job, to quitting the gym to take my business full time online, to putting myself out their on social media, moving to Manchester and starting a dance journey!!! I help you to reflect on the times you yourself have stepped outside your comfort zone and whether it had a positive or negative effect on your life, and how to take the leap even when you’re scared, because of the opportunities that may lie on the other side for you.
