For my doers and go getters, LET GO OF THE CONTROL. Ask for help. Stop trying to do it all by yourself. Guess what friend, your time is valuable too. Learn to lean on others to do what they do well, delegate to them and empower them to do the job. I know you're used to carrying the load and multi-tasking. I get it. I can relate. But how long can you go on that way? You're probably getting burned out, stressed and overwhelmed. You can change that by just asking for help. So what if their work doesn't look EXACTLY how you want it to. Set them up for success, coach them and their unique strengths and skills will shine through. 😀 Take a listen and be inspired.
