Episode #12 In this episode Chanel shares her personal leadership journey and what inspired Women Who Love&Lead. It was the most challenging leadership role she had and it broke her spirit. She remembers saying "this can't be life". If you can relate, time like this will force you to know who you are and what you have to do vs. want to do. You'll have to stop resisting and own your leadership. Don't silence your voice, even if you're angry, Don't leave your season too early. It will take time because it requires you to grow. Quit ignoring the call. What works for you may not work for others. This is your thing to do, not theirs. Take a listen and be inspired.
