In today's episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Gesia Barra Cordeiro, a fellow coach and friend. Geisa is a communicator and leadership coach, and a happily married mom of two. After becoming a mother, Geisa realized that the first connection we need to build is with ourselves. This sent her on a quest to discover her feminine nature that resides in all of us, together with our masculine energy.

Learning to balance the two has significantly impacted Geisa's personal and professional life. In the show, she shares her main strategies to help moms connect to the true essence within. We are a part of nature, turning inwards, showing ourselves and others compassion, and forgiving ourselves are essential to create this balance.
