I found this really useful when preparing for an interview. After a previous disastrous interview I applied the STAR method and other things that I had learnt and start my new job next month. It is a good listen with loads of great tips, examples of how to structure responses was really helpful. I got great feedback about my interview technique after the interview.

Just finished listening to this and it is packed with great pointers. I would highly recommend getting yourself a pen and paper to take notes as part of your preparation, or, get the Kindle version also. The book is full of great questions, however a key part is the 15 questions that, in their variations, cover the broad topics that an interviewer is likely going to want to know. Have those nailed down and you should have the confidence to give you the edge for the rest of the interview.

Great for preparation

Well written and very well narrated.

Definitely aimed at the Tech Savvy 20 to 30 something's because of the many references to questions asked by companies like Google.

My only real criticism would be that there isn't much in this book for "ordinary folk" in their 50's who find themselves on the jobs market.

But I don't think it's really aimed at anyone who hasn't recently left a University.

Definitely For The Tech Savvy.

I had not attended an interview in a long while and going through the booked was what helped me to adequately prepare and overcome my fears.

As someone who completely freaks out in interview situations, this book really helped and made me properly plan out my answers and be more considered in my responses.

Definitely recommend - have a pen and paper handy to make notes!

Helped me get my job!
