Full of gems!
Well written, great narration and packed full of quality information. It is amazing that many of these ideas are so simple and yet still seem to be a secret in our society. Well done Simon.

Great book, Great book, Great book
We all know that effective communication shouldn't just be for leaders. It should be for the Doctors, Bus drivers, and Carers. This book will help you develop those skills in a world that craves them but is also starved of them. I highly recommend.

Game changer for leaders
This book came at the right time in my leadership journey, most useful mid way in the journey to make a real difference to your communication style and the importance of language in leading people. I can’t thank you enough to Mark Bowden for recommending it and for Simon Lancaster to write it. It provides secrets, science, practical examples of how language affects directly the way we lead people, societies, companies, any human endevour.
