Great to hear the author read it with passion.
For anyone curious about their relationship with alcohol and how to stop drinking. The book follows the author through the first year of alcohol free living and the challenges he faced and overcame. There are over 50 workshops to help you through the first few days, weeks and months. You can jump in and out. Great read / listen.
