About this listen

When World War 3 erupts on American soil, it is up to some less than likely heroes to band together and stand tall against any and all comers as a once proud nation is brought to her knees.

Cowardly terrorist attacks and indifferent global communities have isolated America as she spirals into a desperate bid for survival. Follow Darlene Bobich and her group on the West Coast along with Michael Talbot on the East Coast as they do everything in their power to thwart those who would take away everything that they and all of us are.

Excellent

Another Tufo masterpiece but this time written in conjunction with Armand Rosamilia.
A partnership that clearly works.
As usual the narration is the icing on the cake.
Hurry up and get book two published please

another excellent book from Tufo and Rosamilia

Great from start to finish. my only moan ( I'm British so I have to) is it's to short but even if it was 100hrs long it would be to short. I can't wait for the next book

Would love to hear more

I have listened to most of his pervious zombie fallout books.
So I loved the 'new/different' version of (main character.)
(Male narrator) Sean Runnette brought him alive as he did before. But with the twists that Mark had made to his character. It was easy to tell the difference between the characters that Sean had to play voices were done were well.

Julia Whelan I had not listened to a book that was read by her before. I would do in the future again she brought quite a number of characters to life with a different vocal range.

Mark Tufo and Armand Rosamilia did a fantastic job of making characters, keeping you interested in the story and wanting you to hear more.

Fantastic I hope we get more of this series!

Another angle on an apocalyptic setting with our favourite characters Mike and BT. I’ve spent years with these characters now I’d read anything and everything featuring them. A great spin off thanks Tufo!

Another great book

Would you consider the audio edition of United States of Apocalypse to be better than the print version?

I've listened to so many Mark Tufo books on audible with Sean Runnette as the narrator that when I do read a book by Mark Tufo I hear it as Sean

What did you like best about this story?

A different version of Micheal Tabot

Have you listened to any of Sean Runnette and Julia Whelan ’s other performances? How does this one compare?

I've listed to quite a few of Sean's and they are all excellent but this was the first time for Julia

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I wish I could but due to time constraints I couldn't

Any additional comments?

I was a bit apprehensive of this book. It's two of my favourite authors teaming up together but there was no need to be worried they did a brilliant job.

This follows a younger Michael Tabot and B.T in a different universe from the zombie fallout series. There is no wife for Mike to rein him in, in fact he hasn't even met her yet. I really enjoyed their story together and it makes a refreshing change that there are no zombies but flashes of the other Tabot universes.

On Armand's side we have the star of the Dying Days series Darlene Bobich. Set just after her father has died we follow Darlene on her escape from her tragedy into nowheresville but this actually saves her from certain death we also get to meet John Murphy. Her story is cleaner and not as raunchy as the Dying Days series, it also shows just how much Armand has developed as a writer.
