About this listen

Timothy was not a good man in life, and being undead did little to improve his disposition. Find out what a man trapped in his own mind will do to survive when he wakes up to find himself a zombie controlled by a self-aware virus.

Timothy

I really enjoyed this book, if your a fan of Mike Talbot and his families battle against the zombies, then you must read this spin off story.

Dark but humorous

Certainly a new perspective on the Zombie genre. Mark Tufo's characters are always memorable in his books, Timothy is no exception.

A great, and nauseating, twist on the zombie story

Another great yarn from Mark Tufo. This time the zombie story is told from the zombie's perspective. The book is grim, there's no sugar coating it! The wants, needs and actions of a zombie are pretty nasty and Tufo leaves nothing to the imagination! There is a great link in with the Mike Talbot stories too which was a really nice touch.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and am very much looking forward to the next, full-length Timothy story.

Well that's a different perspective!!!!

Where does Timothy rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

From the start i wasn't sure but as time went on i grew sickly enamoured with the character.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Timothy?

Being trapped inside the mentality of a two-year-old

Which scene did you most enjoy?

Mainly the descriptive detail was sickly enthralling But I always enjoy the parts when Mike and the gang interlaced with the story.

If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Z Tormented!!

Any additional comments?

What an awesome match of Author and Narrator.
A true crazy genius!!

Mindless, Heartless

Would you try another book written by Mark Tufo or narrated by Sean Runnette?

I was going through a zombie-phase in print and thought I'd try this. I found the main character deeply unpleasant and unlike-able. It didn't make me want to discover more from either contributor.

Would you ever listen to anything by Mark Tufo again?

In a word no. It needed more wit and invention rather than graphic descriptions of bowel movements to keep me engaged.

What do you think the narrator could have done better?

Without the material the narrator is hung out to dry.

Could you see Timothy being made into a movie or a TV series? Who would the stars be?

The Walking Dead is already out there doing decent business. I could see this as straight-to-video fare.
