This book gives you a lot to think about!
Really glad I came across this one. It's really helpful to reorganize your way of life. It will get you thinking about the things you do that aren't helpful toward the goals you're trying to meet in your life. I would recommend to all.

Wake-up calls of self-sabotage
This audiobook is a must-listen for those people who think they are self-sabotaging in matters like relationships and finances.It taught me how to unlock my true potential, and I've started to improve by implementing some of the techniques in my life. The narration was exceptional. It was clear, energetic, and convincing, and what more can it be? I highly recommend this audiobook.

WOW!
I needed to listen to this book 30 years ago. The author hits the nail on the head with this book and really empowers you to get out of your own way. I love the section on finance and careers. I have fallen into so many of these traps. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to better their own life.

Impactful
I always had the suspicion that I was self-sabotaging, but it was more apparent when I was listening to this audiobook. I was able to address some of my behaviors and found the messages in the audiobook calming. I would definitely recommend for others!

The Self Sabotage Cure
This was an incredible book on how we are constantly sabotaging every important aspect of our lives and how we may or may not even be aware of it. Self-sabotage is nothing to be ashamed of when you are unaware of it, but does need to be corrected as soon as possible. If you are looking to rise to your "true potential" as the title says, this is the perfect book to get you there.

Insightful Guide
This audio was different to others as it really breaks down on a foundation level why we can self sabotage, a brilliant road map to understand why and how not to. This came at the perfect time as i have been overwhelmed with family gatherings after Christmas. My favourite chapter was "10 undeniable signs that you are sabotaging your finances and 8 steps to correct it"
Highly recommend !

Everyone Has Obstacles In Life
Everyone has obstacles in life that they must overcome if one wants to succeed. We tend to think that the biggest enemies are the ones that are external since we tend to habitually walk by sight, but the irony is that sometimes the worst, most challenging enemy that we have to face is ourselves. I hope that the many people who desire to succeed will take the time to listen to this book and apply it message to their everyday lives.

Tons of Wake Up Calls
I loved this audiobook! There were many parts in here where I needed much needed self reflection when hearing parts that hit close to home. Here are a few of my favorites: I learned how because we have been hurt in the past can lead us to believe that it is going to happen again. That this doesn't have to be the case and that we can change the course for a positive bond with future relationships of any kind.
If we don't have a strong sense of purpose, oversleeping can be a way of escaping the pain that we are feeling in the waking life. We are all different and it is good to track how we feel when waking up. Lastly, the decision to change must come from the people we love, otherwise it will not be authentic. We cannot make that change for them, just like nobody can make change that for us, we have to do it ourselves. Highly recommend!

Love it!
If you think you're self-sabotaging your relationships you need to listen to this audiobook. It shows you how to release your own power and quit getting stuck along the way. I've already begun putting some of the ideas and suggestions from the book into practice, and I can immediately see that I'm becoming better. I would advise any of your friends that struggle with negative thought patterns to listen to this audiobook.

Great Audiobook!
It's true that our thoughts often sabotage our life and ruin any chances of making real change in our perspective in general. Being able to overcome this can be challenging which is why I listened to this book and learn a lot. I didn't know that our brain is wired to focus on the negative but by taking important steps to change this, you can improve and change how your subconcious mind processes information and affects you life. I would recommend this audiobook to all your friends and family members that don't know how to get out of the negative thinking patterns.
