Great story I thought the narrator let the book down a little but I got used to it so stick with it great story & ending well done Katerina Diamond

Good crime thriller lots of twists and turns
no whingeing characters in this just good strong police and great plot With lots of other characters intertwined. Five stars all round

Exceptional
I am a big fan of these books, except for the back and forth between Imogen and Adrian, that often drives me crazy, this installment is not much better on that front, until the end anyway, that aside, this is a riveting tale of kidnap and something else which you may or may not guess at as you listen, I shall not spoil it here, I had my suspicions which were correct but I was off beam on just how outside the box this one would be, Ms Diamond always throws several spanners into the works with her stories, which is probably why we love them so much.

A new author for me.
I tried this as a freebie from Audible. Quite impressed with story line, likeable characters, and very good narration. Will certainly be listening to more by this author.

Gripping
One of the best in the series. Totally hooked from the start and sensitive issues dealt with well. Relationships within the team explored and developed and really good ending to lead nicely onto a next book.

Just okay for me
What can I say, for me it was okay. I didn’t like the ‘she said, he said’ running through the whole narrative. I appreciate in an audiobook it’s important to let the listener know who is talking, but somehow it felt somewhat false and intrusive to listen too. I have listened to the whole book, so it must be okay though.
