Summary

The Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of Overeaters Anonymous, Second Edition is OA’s keystone book—created specifically as a study of the OA 12-step recovery program. If you think you may have a compulsive food behavior—including but not limited to compulsive eating, undereating, food addiction, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, overexercising, and purging—give yourself the chance of recovery. Listen how, through working the 12 steps and studying the 12 traditions, OA members have found “physical, emotional, and spiritual healing that we don’t hesitate to call miraculous".

Nothing to do with 12 steps but all about God.

Asking God to make you a better person?. What rubbish. I am a nice person I thought this was supposed to be a guide for eating disorders.

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
