About this listen

From the ashes of heartbreak rises the Symphony of Us.

USA Today bestselling author Claudia Burgoa brings us The Symphony of us, the compelling conclusion to the Requiem for Love duet. A poignant exploration of a second chance at love, Why Choose? Relationships are as exhilarating and everlasting as a melody of the past.

Love is like a drug: dangerously intoxicating and addictively powerful.

As a recovering addict, I know this too well.

But how can I do it when Sanford and Aerin, my first loves—my unforgettable heartbreak—are back?

Not only are they back, but Sanford insists Aerin needs us.

He wants us to help her as we melt the shattered fragments of our hearts and become one—three hearts, one love.

I should resist them.

I understand the dangerous allure they—and love—have over me.

I can’t risk falling back into old habits, having them become my everything once again.

My love for them was my downfall, and the aftermath nearly destroyed me.

But she needs us.

And the symphony of us has begun to play its second movement.

Will it be a requiem of our past or a triumphant anthem of love rediscovered and bonds reaffirmed?

The Symphony of Us is an unforgettable journey of emotional self-discovery, healing, and the resounding power of love. This is the conclusion to the Requiem for Love duet, a finale that promises an ending that resonates with the melody of true love.

Hope

What’s left when Pandora’s Box is opened? Hope. Hope is what will guide these three broken souls back to each other. There’s a lot of work, and healing that must happen, but eventually these three souls will find their way back together and entwine together to become one.
This was a beautiful story that brought hope and healing to fractured souls.

A Symphony of Love❣️A Captivating Trifecta!

Claudia Burgoa delivers another moving and heartfelt story, and it is just as amazing as the first book of her “Requiem for Love” duet, “Reminders of Her” a story that not only wrecked me but made my heart weep, too. This book is a continuation of Sanford, Grayson and Aerin’s story and picks up where the first book left off. And it was a book that started it all, a memoir of sorts, one intended to help with healing, but changing names to protect their identity did not stop from putting them in danger. After all they went thru, Grayson and Aerin’s trauma left them broken and Sanford too because of the fallout and the loss. The three are trying to find their way while dealing with that fall out and trying to get back to where they were, back to their love. I loved watching them find their way back to each other, heal their broken selves and hearts, and in the end, they made my heart smile. This beautifully written and plotted story is a journey of love, loss, healing and finding love again, with themselves and each other. Claudia Burgoa, thank you for this wonderful story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧   Aaron Shedlock, Lee Samuels and Erin Mallon continue to do a fabulous job bringing these characters and story to life.  Their character voices have been consistent throughout the duet and the quality of their audio and their performance has been top-notch. You could hear how much heart they put into their performance as they capture all the characters’ emotions and have you feeling each one. This line up of talent is exceptional and their performance elevates the story to another level. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fantastic listen.

The conclusion to another great duet

Audiobook review: Narrated by Erin Mallon, Aaron Shedlock, Lee Samuels
4 stars for story / 5 stars for performance

While Claudia Burgoa is a master of breaking our hearts, she is just as good at repairing it. There was a heavy spotlight on mental health and the importance of therapy which was a huge positive in my book. I do wish there was a bit more of the story with all three together. I love the polyamorous aspect to this duet, but it was lacking a bit as one of the men was off page for a majority of this book. It was still very good and provided a healthy amount of closure and healing.

Once again, the audio was fantastic. It brought the emotional aspect of the book to life and elevated the story for me. Erin Mallon is amazing and I'm glad that we got more of her in this second book. She is just a vocal chameleon and I enjoy her masculine tone almost as much as her natural voice. Both male narrators were great as well and I look forward to catching more from each in the future.

Aerin & Greyson & Sandford

This book shows how love has the power to break us but also the power to heal. Sandford, Aerin and Greyson went on a journey of self discovery and mutual re-discovery to mend all the pieces of their shattered lives. Their love broke them after a terrible ordeal that was no one’s fault but the guilt consumed them all. Letting that guilt go and finding their way to each other will be the fight of their lives but ultimately will set them free from the monster of the past and let them live their HEA.
Erin Mallon, Aaron Shedlock and Lee Samuels voiced this emotional and angsty roller coaster and brought Aerin, Greyson and Sandford to life.

Fabulous conclusion to this emotional romance!

WOW! Talk about an exciting story. Picking up where Reminders of Her left us, the three begin to deal with their lives since the release of the memoir. Little did Grey, Aerin and San know where it was going to lead. The answers all came to light, giving a voice to the incredibly dark, dangerous life the three had to go through earlier in their lives. Unsuspecting circumstances lead to events in all their lives that damaged their lives. The question at this point is can they use their passion and true love for each other to move on? Will they find a way to help each other, understand and be able to start a new chapter? I know Claudia Burgoa surprised me with the dark suspense, the unpredictable circumstances, the way my heart was captured and hopeful. This is an amazing duet, and made my weekend!

The continuing narration by Erin Mallon, Aaron Shedlock and Lee Samuels kept me going. I can't say enough about these three as they worked through all the emotions they went through. The heartache and hope all came through in their performance pulling me in, and creating an incredible world to let me escape into. Loved this and can't recommend it enough.

What a conclusion

The conclusion to this duet was absolutely amazing. It gave me all the feels. These three have definitely been to hell and back. Claudia Burgoa writes the most beautiful stories of broken people who come together to heal each other, and this was a perfect example of that. I loved every minute of it and couldnt put it down.
