About this listen
What if nothing is wrong with you but instead you have been living under the greatest misunderstanding of life...how your mind works? In this down to earth, easy to digest book, you will hear the story of Dr. George Pransky and how one meeting with one person, showed him a new discovery about psychology that not only changed his life but the thousands of clients he has worked with over the last forty years. Through personal stories and client vignettes, the listener can learn of a profound way to understand our minds to help all of us live with more ease and peace in our lives.
"In 1976 I met a person who completely changed my life. I was a practicing psychologist and felt discouraged at the progress my clients were making. I learned of a new understanding to help people live a more harmonious life. Since then, this approach is now being taught by hundreds of practitioners around the globe." -Author George Pransky, Ph.D.

The missing link
The 3 Principles gave me the answer I’ve been looking for on how I can help people better as a coach and trainer. I’ve been applying these principles in my own life prior to discovering The 3 Principles, but there were bits that I could not teach to others in a quick and easy to understand way. This book has done it for me, simplifying the role of thought and how to help people understand it using a conversational approach. I tried the approach on myself and find that it’s much faster for me to recognise and release stressful thoughts!!! I am thankful for having found this approach that will allow me to help more people. Brilliant stories and explanations. Thank you for writing this book.

A much needed paradigm shift in psychology. Shared by Dr George Pransky PhD.
This one book applies to everyone.
Once we accept that we've been innocently misunderstanding psychology, only then can we turn things around & make that change happen more quickly.
This book has more than explanations, it presents old Vs new way of understanding the human experience of life & true mental wellbeing.
'This book will explain how understanding strengthens our psychological immune system'.
