Dr. Barnard also reveals that some of the foods we think are good for us can actually be harmful, like salmon, goat cheese, and coconut oil, all of which pass easily into body fat...and often overstay their welcome.

Great insight into the health behind low fat plant based diet

If you are already plant based or not, this is a great and practical guide to return to health whilst enjoying your food. All evidence based, no fads.

Not instructional

Not an instruction book. If you’re looking for a blow by blow instruction of how to do this diet then this is not it. I like the idea of this diet I was left wanting more info.
