Critic reviews

What an incredible read. Pammie was such a compelling and unique villain . . . It's a definite must-read this summer! (Hollie Overton, author of Baby Doll)
Thoroughly entertaining. Pammie is the mother-in-law from hell! (Michelle Frances, number one bestselling author of The Girlfriend)
The Other Woman is an absolute corker – wickedly relatable story, wonderful characters and a great twist. Should definitely be on your reading list for this summer (TM Logan bestselling author of Lies)
The Other Woman knocked my socks off! Psychological suspense at its most addictive, with a shocker of an ending. I couldn’t put it down! (Michele Campbell, author of It's Always the Husband)
A nice twist. I enjoyed the increasingly barbed exchanges between the mother and the prospective daughter in law – I think a lot of readers will probably identify with events in the book! (Jojo Moyes)
A twisty, deliciously fun read (Sarah Pekkanen, bestselling author of The Wife Between Us)

annoying narrator ruins great book

I think someone needs to tell the narrator that not every piece of speech from a male character needs to be bloody shouted. My ears hurt

Fantastic

I really enjoyed this book, the first one in a while to be honest. I was gripped and couldn’t wait to hear more. Few twists were quite obvious, and I do think a few things are left unexplained but none of these were a deal breaker and for a first book I think this is quite common. Would highly recommend.

Just how far will she go?

Just how far will The Other Woman go to achieve her goal and who will get hurt on the way?

I can't believe that this is a debut novel as it is so well written. I can't wait for Sandie Jones's next book.

Fabulous Fun!

Thoroughly enjoyed this book, brilliant characterisation, really got a feel for everyone, Eve the minor characters. Super satisfying twists and a nice fast pace that kept me hooked, so much so, I listened to it in one sitting. Outstanding narration too. Been a while since a book hasn’t felt like a slog to me but this just flew in. Was nice to listening to a thriller which was quite good fun! ❤️👏

Cheesy

The author writes as if she is writing for a teenage magazine. The heroine has eyes which are constantly brimming with tears or has tears trickling down her face, nearly fainting or she is punching people playfully on the arm. The story is completely unbelievable but like a cringe worthy B movie you just have to stick with it to find out what happens in the end/

The Other Woman

This is a brilliant story, the plot keeps you guessing the whole way through. If you liked Gone Girl or the Girl on the Train, you will like this.
