very useful element of persuasion

a great book written on the fundamentals of people's/buyers' mindset and what matters to them and how they make a decision.

Very useful
Great book with some great recommendation which I will most certainly use. Only down side is a few to many examples and stories padding it out along the way for me. Having said that it was very enlightening and I would recommend.
