Thank you Mel Robins

Thank you so much for writing this, I’ve loved listening to it all and you’ve inspired me to High 5 myself every morning in my bathroom mirror and now my husband and my kids do it too. This book has been so helpful to me and I know I’ll use the skills I’ve learned here and practice them to help me achieve the High 5 life I know I deserve and will achieve. I’ve recommended this book to many of my friends and I hope they enjoy it and find it as powerful as I have, thank you again Mel 😉

Wow. Just wow.

This book is amazing. It’s unexpectedly moving at times & really, really makes you take a look at yourself. Something most of us find really hard to do. Thank you Mel for writing it.

Moving and motivating

I want to thank you Mel, I cried and laughed and loved every word!! I started to build up step by step the new habits, and new opportunities are coming to me. I recommend this book for all who feel stuck and struggles to have a kind relationships with herself.

Just needed this perfect timing

I've been asking God for help, then I saw Mel's post on Instagram, bought this audiobook and it's exactly the hand holding, caring, thoughtful psychological support that I need right now. I needed to know how to think in order to keep going and stop being so psychologically beat down. Thanks Mel, even in 2 days I'm alert to the old lint crap and immediately say 'I am not thinking this way,' and my days are already so much less stressful I can't thank you enough for this book. From chronic worrying about so many things such as worrying my vehicle is being vandalised parked outside a shop to assuming my boss hates me, I've now changed to being able to enjoy shopping without considering all the bad things that could happen to my vehicle whilst I'm not guarding it, and I do not consider my bosses thoughts about me any more I just concentrate on being myself and doing the job. life changing. Mel is better at saving lives than the Simaritans charity who are supposedly trained to help suicidal people, better to just give them this book.
